As I reflect on the past few weeks, I have been able to realize a few things. The irs in person... ie.. their rep's were actually very nice. They went out of their way to help, removing the garnishment that day.. answering my questions, helping me... understanding, and actually explaing things. Now , mind you.. I wouldn't not want to go through what I went through again in a million years. They do know of the situation. They have others that the guy had not filed.. it was in their file...

Hi.. I'm home... Back from the irs. I survived. I probably don't owe... (according to H & R block who redid return, i should have gotten refund) but.. because in 2002.. not acceptable. But.. It probably will prove i dont owe anything. 2003.. I get refund, 2004 & 2005 I will pay... It will take about 6 -8 weeks to get final bill... I've started paying some.. The garnishment is lifted. I have found all the info needed for the irs. I actually had all of it. This in and of it self is awesome. Now to have an independent tax acct do it.. and then to the irs Thrusday. It isn't a pretty picture. Basically I've being audited from 2002. Long story short.. I'm hitting a brick wall. I have about 2 weeks to straighten things out... or else. It's true I normally have Fridays off. But, due to the weather Monday, work is allowing us who had to miss due to the weather, to make up the time instead of taking personal time off. So.. Since it is only middle of January, I'm taking the time to work & saving the tiime off. So,, that means I have to crawl out of bed at 5:00 or so am and put in 8 hrs..
