OK.. I've had it w/ apartment living

OK. I live in an apartment. I had a home.. hated the upkeep etc. so.. moved.. decided on an apartment for awhile. They had online bill pay.. wonderful.. did that every month.

THEN.. they changed providers. The new one doesn't recognize my name or unit. My complex doens't know what our resident id is... but.. they say call the new provider, they will help. I've called for 2 hours.. no one is there. It's CA, they are still asleep! I have appointments, and other shit to do. I can't leave a check.. they don't accept them. I have to go get a Money Order, and bring it back. I have other plans than to go to the bank, get a (**&^ M.O. and drop it back by.

ARRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH. I really would love to kick or hit something right about now!. That on top of having to work tomorrow.. not a good day.

Thanks for stopping by, don't forget to say hi!

Homes are a lot of upkeep.  But I like the fact that I can say I OWN it (well 50-50 with the bank).  GOod luck with these clowns.  I have found that a certified letter to them mentioning the Tennant Landlord Laws (every state has them) gets their attention REAL fast.

As they state.. they don't have to provide internet bill pay. grrrrrrrr. I just set it up w/ my bank for the future. I walked in a MO and requested a receipt. She stated I didn't need one. I polietly asked for one., with the date & time written on it. (I have never paid late) she did it \, though not very happily.

oh well,

Margaritteville here I come...
